An error occurred while saving the comment We just got this feedback as well, and the feedback was to include icons that are more inclusive of other ethnicities and races. Uploading a photo would also be an amazing feature but in the meantime adding more inclusive icons would be a huge improvement.

An error occurred while saving the comment I am aware of a feature on roadmap that will automatically check in a member into a class if they check in to the club within an hour of the class start time, but this could be problematic for some clubs that have high frequency of members that check in and don't actually go to the class. This will feed the system data that they checked in, but in reality they didn't show up to the class and just worked out. 2 suggestions from Quantum Fit Life to address this....
1. make this auto check in to class optional, as some clubs would rather the auto-check to class in not take place.2. Give access to instructors to view the classes on their mobile ABC + app, and allow them to mark members as attended vs. not attended through the app instead of relying on DT for this. They feel this would give them more accurate info and it would be easier than having to jot down who attended and then go to a DT screen to log that info. This feature would ALSO help instructors manage members that check into club, and then a few minutes later decide to enroll in an upcoming class. Once they actually show up to class the instructor could mark them as attended.
**Some club penalize or charge members for true no-shows, so the auto-check in feature, even when it happens with a member at the club, puts them at risk of getting bad data and losing out on penalizing true no-shows.

I know it's been planned for a while, but I wanted to pop in here and let you all know that we're working on getting this right. It's part of a larger release that will have this feature along with others you will love. It's on our roadmap and will definitely be coming to Trainerize.

an alternating QR code in place of a traditional barcode would be nice as well, so long as it is not changing the barcode value itself in the member record.
