When a client ticks off their step goal at the end of the day it would be great for them to be able to put a number in, instead of number of hours. ALSO when a client is performing an exercises if one seems hard it would be good for them to make a little note on it so that the following week when they return they know not to try increase weight but try again at that set or correct make correction.
