    Trainerize need's to trust the trainers and nutritionist to know what's best for their clients and the nutrition plan that they choose to put them on.

    This is critical for me to have because my clients need simple, dialed-in guidance they can trust. Most of them are busy professionals or high-performers who don’t have time to guess what fits their macros or wonder if something is “keto enough.”

    When I have clear keto options and macro breakdowns, I can give them plug-and-play meal ideas that match their goals. No fluff, no confusion. It helps them stay consistent, get results faster, and actually enjoy the process without overthinking every meal.
