    Monday - 1500kcal
    Tuesday - 1500kcal
    Wednesday - 1400kcal
    Thursday - 2000kcal
    Friday - 1400kcal etc etc

    So if clients have social events they have the option to enjoy and have slightly more calories and be slightly stricter on days around it / across the week
