    Yes! I do not want email notifications on my phone! A notification for private messages on this app would be great since I don't open the app constantly throughout the day.

    I am going through a reverse quite successfully. I would live to see the incremental changes so I can easily do it again in the future

  6. That we are able to see the new workouts set by the trainer a week ahead to be able to prepare for the new phase.

    I agree. I have some workouts where I need to go up in weight the next week but dont know if I'll have those same exercises. Would like to know if I need new equip before my first exercise.
