    I agree with the numerous comments entered to copy and paste a workout, especially freestyle, from one day to another.

    Searching this app, there are numerous comments of this same type.

    Suggest to search this app and up all the votes for this comment type.

    My hypothesis is that there would be a high number of votes to drive this work to a high priority for the app team to make this feature happen.
