Building a workout is incredibly difficult and time consuming in the app because typing in the search bar of exercises yields a search result with an insane number of exercises then combine that with the fact that I have to rebuild the EXACT SAME workouts REPEATEDLY for a 3 or 4 week training block and it makes the app not even worth it. Which is sad because I like having an app that records my weights and reps and counts down rest but I won’t keep this rebuilding the same workouts much longer. It took nearly 2 hours just to program 1 week’s worth. Apps are supposed to help you, not create more work.
