There's too much clicking in various parts of the interface. When I click an item in the check list, it should check off, it should NOT take me to an additional page where I have to click "Complete" and then click again to exit the screen. This is literally the purpose of a checklist, to complete tasks by checking them off.
It should also be way way easier to roll over unchecked tasks to the next day. Maybe a central feature where you decide if your default is to roll them over or to leave them behind.
Similarly, in the workouts there's just an aggravating amount of clicking to do what you're trying to do. ESPECIALLY if you need to change an assigned exercise. And there doesn't seem to be a way to undo it if you accidentally delete one.
The app has a friction problem. There's just too much friction where you don't want it.
