This is something I find makes the progression difficult to use, having the ability to see at leqast the previous workout if not the previous 2 or 3 as well. Some exercise and progression need this ability when working out if you will progress them, if they have stalled or not an so on.
Having to go back through each workout one at a time makes programming for the client difficult.
Having them there to see when you are doing it as you do if using a diary.
