    yeah there's this app that I used to use for the same specific nutrition purposes it's called "strongr fastr" it's in the App Store... it lays out the calories and the macros and the meals just like you guys do in trainerize... the only difference is they have a different method for the replacement button. yes it’s still a bun but the difference is when you click it you see a panel that pops up that says try to fit my plan and shows you a bunch of options depending on the meal that it is you can also choose different tabs like super simple dairy meat whatever etc. you can also if none of those satisfy you type in the search bar search any food and if it fits your plan it’ll pop up if all else fails you literally your food nutrients and that’s that. They also have a scanner to scan items for you know daily stuff. plan but it has a larger database so simple foods like eggs like it doesn't have to be like an omelet with 20 different ingredients there's simple stuff there's also an option to add your own your your own food and literally replace that and keep that in the database and favorite it so they can just consistently use it just stuff like that I mean there's a lot more stuff that you could do but you got to do it slowly because nutrition is definitely complex
    Oh, and also letting us set custom macro ratios. I know you have the preset macronutrient ratios, but that's a little, you know, too strict. We should be able to, I'm actually a registered dietitian in New York State, so inability to actually customize the macronutrient ratios depending on the client. It's a little frustrating.
