While I am going through my workout program, sometimes I want to tell my trainer that I may have done a particular exercise but my hand placement was different for a particular # of reps. I can’t do that now. It would be nice to be able to have a comment box available with each exercise given so that my trainer and myself can keep better track of my routine, what I am doing. Ex: wide lat pulldowns. Muscle groups work changes with hand placement so it would be nice to track while hand placement so did for a particular # of reps.
