    There should be a feature, under the workout builder section or wherever, where after you create the workout, you click a button that takes you to a chart or a diagram of the human body, and muscles are highlighted based on the workout you created! This would help visualise what muscles the workout is going to target so you'll know if you covered each muscle, it could also help you design balanced workouts. Maybe you could see history of the muscles targeted as well, statistics showing which muscles are under trained, so you could take a look at it and restructure the training to focus more on those lagging muscle groups.
