We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. Message Deactivated Clients

    Give trainers the ability to message deactivated clients without having to reactivate them. This way we can reach out and see if they are interested in starting training again. Great marketing tool to have

    As deactivated clients do not get any more notifications as they cannot sign in, they cannot be re-engaged that way.

    Would exporting a list to mailchimp work?

    Allow uploading of a section of a youtube video by allowing the following type of link:

    eg.

  6. Freestyle workouts feature accessible to selected clients only

    Some clients need less guidance than others: I would like to leave the "Freestyle workout" option ON, but just on selected clients, not on all. Any chance to make a selection/ customize that option?

    Integrate Zoom Video Calls along with Skype. Personally, I prefer using Zoom because it's easy to schedule meetings and it has a lot better connection.

  18. Being able to use Whatsapp as messaging app

    Being able to link Instant messaging icon to my Whatsapp Business account so that chats and group chats can happen via Whatsapp.

    It would make so much sense to outsource Instant messaging app and focusing on the training and nutrition experience of the app.. nothing can beat Whatsapp

  19. Add a master calendar for personal trainers to see all the work from each client on any day rather than having to individually check clients

    It’s be awesome to have a master calendar to see what all clients have scheduled each day and whether or not they complete their tasks that trainers can refer to rather than having to check each client individually to see what they completed or have scheduled for the day.

    As trainers typically manage 10-30 clients, and clients might have a workout + 2-3 habits a day to do, a master calendar will quickly become unreadable.

    A better way to review recent activities is to the use the right “Recent Activities” panel to scroll down and review all activities. Does that work for you? Or there are specific use cases we’re missing?

    Similarly, if you are using Trainerize as a sort of booking system, we encourage you to try out the Appointments beta. Please email me back for access.

  20. Keep the desktop version

    With the desktop version you have the capacity to add attachments that are useful for your clients. It avoids having an entire new sequence, multiple places to send your clients to in order to get what they need for their coaching. I think removing this takes Trainerize away from being a holistic health platform. It used to be a point of difference and now other companies exceed Trainerize with the new update stating that desktop will go for clients.
