This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Appointments don't go to the app after you set them up on the computer

    The app is not showing all if the appointments that were scheduled on the computer. I've had this app since October and it has gotten worse

  2. Screenshot Blocker for Barcodes

    Clients are reporting that members are able to do a screen shot of their ABC barcode and text/share to a non-member thus allowing that non-member to use the screenshot of the barcode to gain access to their gym. They want us to enable the app to where a member cannot screenshot or share the image with anyone else thus preventing fraudulent activity. Typically it turns the screen black or at least the outcome of the screen shot. Example similar to the Les Mills feature where a member cannot screen record any of the content that is playing on their phone.

    Hi everyone, 

     

    Thanks for your great suggestion! We’re marking this idea as completed! This was satisfied by adding a dynamic QR barcode that is configured to NOT save down to Apple Wallet. If you do not see this in your mobile app, please reach out to your ABC representative to turn this feature on.

  3. Hide classes when the time for the event has passed

    The app used to hide classes the moment that class start time hit. In this new rendition, people will see any prior class that hasn't been closed out, which again, might cause some confusion for the members.

  4. Check into Class Indicator - Color Coded

    Check in indicator on the calendar so members can see they are checked in and trainers can see who has checked in (yellow wait-list, booked blue, checked-in green)

    currently on the App it is hard for a member to tell they are actually marked as attended.

  5. Ability for members to view the class schedule but not book

    We would like an option where members are able to fully view the class schedules, but not book the class on the app.

  6. Announcements - characters get cut off and can't be seen

    Announcements - characters get cut off and can't be seen / this ether needs to be expanded in a way that all characters can be seen or limit the number of characters to the amount that can in fact be seen.

  7. Sync with garmin

    It would be great to sync activities directly from Garmin also to sync calendar and workout to Garmin Device

    Hi all, we have actually developed an integration with Garmin to sync items such as: activities, daily caloric burn, steps, sleep, and resting heart rate.

  10. Add a manual button, in the App that allows member's to check-into events they are enrolled in.

    Currently, the system requires a CLUB checkin for members to be checked into classes that they are enrolled in within an hour of start time. They can also cancel that checkin to the enrolled class. They can not however, manually checkin to the event via their phone. If they did not checkin to the club within an hour of the event, they have to see the front desk for them to process the attendance of the event.

  11. Wait list

    Have an option to create a wait list for clients to sign up with you. Wait lists are great selling features for products/services

  14. Classes - Include Day of the Week in Calendar View

    Members tend to book week to week so they may prefer the date for classes to say the “day” as well – Thursday, Friday, etc.

  17. Show up or mark an appointment completed in DataTrak

    However, the element of “closing out” the appt/class (check in) is not currently part of the integration plan. We can include that as an enhancement request.
