Kg for weights, lb for body weight
I’d like to be able to use kg for the weights in my workout and lbs when entering my body weight. Right now when I change to kg it also changes my body weight calc to kg.

Allow the ability to access previous workouts that were logged on your schedule.
Allow the ability to go back to a previous workout that was logged days, weeks, or months prior. I like the ability/option of logging details such as your reps, weight used, circuit, etc. But what is the point of logging them into the app if you can not go back to check and compare your progress? I have to use multiple apps to keep track of my progress. Which is getting annoying. I started this routine almost a year ago and can not go back to the beginning of the year to compare my progress. Audio instructions for newer members who may not be sure if they understand the video without instructions.
I wish there was audio instructions as I don’t see well and am not always sure if I’m doing the exercises correctly if there are small movements. I was disappointed that there was no instructions.

The ability to view your weight loss over time
Showing a line through the graph of your daily weight entires that more clearly shows your average trend so it’s easier to view your loss

Editable widgets under My Progress
Have widgets that you can edit/add under the My Progress section. It’s great you can choose the ones that are there to display but I’d like to also see a widget there for additional daily activities I’d like to track like… water (glasses), breath work (minutes). Some things may just flag that a task is complete.. ie: grateful task Y/N etc
In addition you can have free text in some of the widgets to add notes/ diary entries… ie what grateful for that day

Allow manual editing of time slept. Either data from watch or from manual input.
I’m not able to manually change sleep data. Specially if I entered it in wrong. Allow this to happen.

Have a space for note taking that would allow you to look back or have a coach review info that may be relevant.
The ability to jot notes would allow a fitness coach to glimpse additional things going on from injuries to illness. Being able to journal things pertinent to the day would help as we look at spikes and valleys in nutrition and weight etc. Just being able to note that you have the flu, we’re on vacation, attended a celebration, injured your shoulder and substituted excercises for a week would be helpful.

Daily / weekly calories in an out combined dashboard
It would be useful to see calories going in and out each day on a single dashboard, also the same for average weekly in / out.

It would be great if I could reorder the “Things to Do” on the Dash and in the Calendar in the order of my routine.

Ability to track mood, food and jot down thoughts of the day
I’m working with my trainer on my relationship with food. Being an emotional eater has stalled my exercise progress. So it would be helpful to allow a place to track my daily mood as well as generic notes for that day. Possibly linking to My fitness pal or allow for food tracking in the app would be helpful too

Enable clients to add standard and custom daily habits with an easy to add reoccurrence
Use case: Would like to add a repeating stretch activity as a habit with a specific start, stop and frequency.

Add stretches with instructions and the timer into our daily list.
Please consider adding stretches into our daily task list, for AM and PM, with the timer just like the exercises.

Choose a different weight for exercise
I like to measure my body weight in lbs but all the weights for my fitness equipment is in kg. It would be useful to choose different weight measurement for each category.
