We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Salt Intake Tracker

    Be able to set a total daily amount and track it as you do carbs, fat and protein. Would be very helpful for those of us on a low salt diet.

  2. Option to log emotions or write notes at the time of eating and/or training

    I think it would be amazing to have the option to identify emotions and/or a place to write notes about what deterred me from my healthy eating habits or why I didn't workout as planned. For example: I was feeling stressed out from work; I had an argument with my significant other; a close friend/family member passed away; I got married; I lost my job; I got divorced; I'm overtired; at a holiday party and my self-restraint was gone; I felt depressed or lonely; and any other life factors that impact healthy eating, motivation, and focus.   4. My progress tiles for prior days

    When looking back at historical data, please make the calories consumed/burned, step count, etc values display as that day's value, not current day

  5. Behavior streaks should maintain even when retroactively filled in.

    If I perform the behavior but forget to click the button, I lose my streak. Not in reality, just in the app. There should be no penalty for going back a day or two and filling in missed behavior markers.

  8. Total weight moved

    In the Strong app it shows the total weight moved for each exercise and a total workout. This is helpful for an overall progress indicator when you excel in one exercise but perhaps don't on another during a given session.

  10. Fix milestone awards

    Yesterday I accidentally pressed the hike button on my Fitbit. After recording a 2 second hike, the app awarded me a 75 hour hiking milestone. I only joined the app a week ago and already have 50 hours of exercise milestone too. Please fix the milestones so they actually relate to the amount of activity you've done as they seem meaningless otherwise.

  14. Allowing adding and tracking ‘to do’ list items to be added and managed by users

    My trainer set tasks/to-do list items for me. I don’t want to go through him to set more. I’d like to create my own. For example, medication reminders on repeat. Or supplement reminders. I could set one to do a meditation or breathing session. Spend 15 minutes outside. There are so many things that I’d like to track in one app, so self customisation would be an ideal solution on some features. Don’t be too restrictive as limitations will be felt by end users.

  18. Edit heart rate zones

    My heart rate zones are set on my Apple Watch, and my Apple Watch heart rate is displayed via your app when I use it to log cardio. However, the heart rate zones are completely different - what is Zone 1 on my watch shows up as Zone 3 in your app, Zone 2 shows up as Zone 4, etc. How can I edit / sync my heart rate zones so that they’re the same between my watch and your app?

  19. Suggested food list attached to the macro goals.

    Having a short list of "quick snacks" attached to your macro goals portion of the page. This would support the client in picking a suggested "quick snack" to balance out the Marcos. For instance balancing out carbs versus protein. What snack could I eat to lower the carbs and raise the protein.?
