Weekly workout progression.
In the workout section, where you type in each rep and weight. It would be great if underneath it is says "previous workouts rep count and weight".
That way you can easily see what you did last workout and progress right then and there instead of having to find it in the app to see.

week review on sundays
Being able to see the prior week review. All your macros, your workouts you completed that week. It makes it a lot easier to complete an assessment with trainer if you can go back and look at all you did the prior week in one step.

I’d like to be able to enter additional habits myself from my own phone
I would like to be able to track and remind myself about other habits that have to do with health and wellness on my own from my own phone. For example, I want to do compression therapy as often as possible, cold plunge or cryo therapy, red light therapy, meditation, etc

Dont like new logging update
On octc7th new features added for logging. Do not like them hard to see time eaten and don't like having to go into another drop down to add food. You used to be able to hit meal and update food log per meal. Font is smaller now too, don't like it!

track workout progress
I’d like to see what my average paces overtime. I found somewhere (I don’t know where because it’s not intuitive) my workouts hand they have my average pace. It would be nice to see my progress over time and to split workouts from pool swims and open water swims. And then see if/how I’m improving

Notes that you can see straight on your calendar
When you look at your calendar you cannot see your notes. It would be great to be able to add notes for yourself on the calendar.

Tracking cycles, energy levels
After the workout and we rate the effort, include other measures, such as stage of cycle, food intake, sleep, am or pm workout, strength test. BUT more importantly have the data easier to read as a comparison. We rate our workouts but there is no wide view to comparably view these ratings.

A diary/notes addition
Somewhere to record thoughts/feelings when we might need. E.g., times we struggle or when we feel good. So we can reflect and see what's going on. Especially if fighting bad habits or improving relationships with food. Might just help the trainer understand what's going on even more because by the time check in comes around, we might be fine and have forgotten the struggles or challenges faced throughout the week.

Ability to edit any old data
I'm on day 3 using the app and realized I've been entering sleep hours incorrectly. It recorded 17 hours of sleep for each of past 2 days. I should be able to edit it and correct the info.

Daily Target calorie goals
Ability to put in your target calorie goals and the app will tell you if you went over, are close to or succeeded at reaching your goals based on the food you entered. You should able to say how you want to break down that calorie intake by protein, carbs and fat.

Being able to log temperatures into the app or collab with Cycles app
Since starting my program I have made amazing progress. I think it would be convenient to log the temperatures in the app. Right now my trainer has me using the cycles app. Regulating your cycle is an important part of a woman’s overall health.
Especially, learning what our body needs during the different phase of our cycle. It would be more convenient for the trainer to see temperatures to look for spikes in temp to understand what phases we are in.1 vote -
Adjust calories remaining by calories burned
For those looking to be in a calorie deficit, our remaining calories should be adjusted by calories burned. For example, if my goal is to have a 500 calorie deficit and I do a workout burning 400 calories, my caloric goal should increase so I don’t have a 900 caloric deficit. We need to be eating enough to fuel our bodies while attempting to reach our goals.
