Be able to copy routines and combine and edit
My trainer set up 7 routines and I’d like to be able to copy combine and edit them

Being able to search and it resets too often so it's hard to be able to select workouts that are further down the list
We should be able to search for a workout and the app spins a lot. It's hard to actually get to the workouts towards end of the list.

Fluent exercise videos
Some of the workouts flow nicely showing tge exercises and timer. Others you have to keep pressing start which causes me to lose track of what is completed and how many sets.

More stats available to input for general exercise
The General Exercise selection should allow you to input more stats than just a time. My watch tracks so many things that aren’t available exercise options in the app so I have to the General Selection. Just tracking my time isn’t really useful.

Cardio interval programme build
I love the strength programmes and how each exercise is there to record/tick off, this would be brilliant for cardio intervals like running. Being able to log each interval and rest with count downs would be so helpful and save me from having to leave the app to do it elsewhere.

Allow workout sharing with peers (gym buddies)
Similar to the ability for personal trainers to access workout details etc. build on this to allow peer sharing. Allowing the sharing with gym buddies so when you can’t go with your gym partner you can still push each other to get those gains.

Ability to have one timer after all sets
I would like to have one timer after the sets of an exersice instead of one timer in between every set (or a smaller timer integrated to every set that activates when you fill in the repsXweight for a set)

An easy was to review weights logged
A section where I as the client can easily see the weights and reps I have recorded for previous exercises with out having to go into a scheduled work out to do so to make it easier to see and track progress.

App complicated. Video need to be continued. No time to click one by one
Video need to continue all video.
Only if we need each video, I can see separately.1 vote -
Workout stats
During a workout there’s no way to track the reps or weights during a timed HIIT only until after you finish a workout you see all the excersises you completed and then you can add in weight amount and reps. Who’s gonna remember all that! And the point of the app is that it’s all within the phone and digital so I don’t want to be carrying a notebook or switching between this app and the notes app. So what I suggest is that during your rest…there should be a slot to add in weight and reps for the exercise…

Create a 3rd column in the exercise section of the app to enter data on each set.
There is already 2 column boxes for reps and weight. Please create a 3rd column box to input “quick” notes. Such as RIR data. Even if there is a character limit, like 10 character limit, that is still enough for most quick data - e.g. 2RIR, or IncWtX5, or DecRpX2. Trying to log this type of tracking for each set on an end of workout notes section is too clunky and inefficient. One small adjustment will yield dividends for the clients and trainers alike, since the trainers can quickly glance at the set by set data during the client’s workout…

Transition time in between sets
There’s no time to move in between different exercises in the sets. The pause feature is clunky and doesn’t always work smoothly. By the time I’m in place for the next exercise, it’s already well into the countdown. Please add 5-10 seconds to allow for picking up other weights or moving from standing to floor.

Exercise library
A library of all exercises with their demo videos and the users stats, if applicable. The ability to look at a particular exercise without having it linked to a particular workout.

Adding previous time alloted for exercise stats
Adding previous time alloted to exercise stats. For example, if I click on push ups it will tell me how many I did but won't specify if I did them in 30, 45, or 60 seconds so it's harder to track if I improved or just had more time to do them.

Darker print in the workout app
I am 56 and often wear readers. I don’t wear glasses other than for fine print. Putting on/taking off readers while working out makes me a bit nauseous. Would you make the print a bit darker, or larger. Where it says 3 x 15 for the sets, bolder print would be helpful. Thank you and I would be so grateful.

Please add more flexibility to customize workouts
Due to certain limitations I often must substitute exercises and/or want to expand my workout beyond the coach’s specific lifts. While the “substitute” option is there you can only sub in something already in the database. There is currently no way to add in additional (extra) lifts/exercises once already started a workout. Additionally, it would be super helpful if the option to add in a customized name or description was available. Not every lift I need is in the database. I would love to be able to insert exercises from my own plan with my custom name and description.

I wish I could enter the time it took and the weight used on metcons in alpha strength.
We can only enter weight and reps for alpha strength class strength portion. As in:: 3 reps at 95 pounds. Not how much time it took and what weight we used to the metcon portion. As in: 14 min amrap completed 7 rounds 3 reps with 35lb kettlebell
OR
12:31 to complete the prescribed 5 rounds at 125lbs
Etc.It would also be nice to be able to enter in scaling notes (like band colors) used for pull ups etc. instead of just entering 0lbs for weighted pull ups.
Much better for pkeepikg track of progress.
Thanks!
