Workout Naming
Ability to rename workouts would be nice, so they don’t scrolling off the screen when viewing in mobile app.

Modify workout out options instead of using general
Not enough activity options. You should be able to modify or add your own without using general

Adding a workout regimen automatically and rotating them monthly. I used to get a series of them now nothing. I have to manually insert a workout. Did something change?

Change the color of the completed sets text to green vs gray when not completed.
After completed each set change its color so the reader can know it’s done. Sometimes we have to alter the order and if we copy last section - it all looks completed and it’s hard to pick up if a machine is taken and you do it in a different order

Change default exercises
Allowing you to change the default exercises for a work out day. My trainer gave me a few exercises I can't do so I want to change them until I can. It also would be great if I need to add more sets to a default exercise

Workout demos
For the daily gym workouts, it would be helpful for the listed movements to have links showing how it should be done.

Avoid back button jumping 2x steps
When you hit back it doesn’t go back to the beginning of the exercise but also to the beginning of the rest period before that which seems very counterintuitive. If I wanted to go back twice (rarer use case) I would just hit the button twice. This would avoid me having to hit back and then next to go to the beginning of the exercise (which happens often) thanks

If I add an exercise to my program, I would like it to stay. I would also like to create my own program and not only have to have them created by a trainer.

Sub category for how an exercise was performed.
Some exercises, like press-ups, can be performed in multiple ways. The app would benefit in having some way of recording how the exercise was performed.

Add more calisthenics variations.
The list is not nearly exhaustive. Lots of weight training, band training, and even some suspension trainer exercises, but very little Calisthenics movements whether with a bar or rings, which could be grouped with the TRX. It would be nice to have the exercises grouped by primal movement, push/pull etc.

Choosing a Program Should Automatically Be Added to Calendar
More user friendly way to view programs, their descriptions and easy way to start a program. Customers currently have to add each day one-by-one. Make it so they choose a program and can start immediately with it already being added to their calendar.

Beginner to advanced videos
Instead of only showing the fittest people with the biggest range of motion, include modifiers in the videos. It’s so disheartening to try and do a new exercise only to feel like a failure because you can’t do it the way they show.
Also multiple angles would be appreciated
