Built-in meal planner in the app that allows swaps and gives suggestions, instead of PDF
I should be able to view my meal plan inside the app like a calendar instead of using a PDF. I should be able to print off shopping lists, swap out meals or repeat meals I like.

I have a meal plan. I just want to check off the meals I have as complete so I don't need to always enter them into MyFtinessPal.
Make the meal plan interactive, to where you can select what you want and it will move it aside, to a list, along with all the ingredients needed for those specific meals that you have chosen.

I think this can be really beneficial for the fit fam. Sometimes we have to go out of our way to look up recipes or even look harder to find things that are high in a specific group. How good would it be if we were able to share our meal preps, our shakes on the go, and to help the people who are just getting into fitness! I think it would be a lot easier for us to find good things on here or just share things that help us stay motivated

Make the shopping list more organized. The food categories appear multiple time on the list and it makes shopping more difficult.

It would be wonderful to have a section to share your journey with other users on this app. It feels very singular currently, it would be great to have a hub where users can share; recipes, stories, photos, journals, experiences, workouts etc.

When you don't want to eat the prescribed meat fat or carb on your program you can substitute it for another. For example I have 4oz of chicken breast and I want to have lean ground beef instead I plunk the weights into the calculator and it tells me how much lean ground beef I can eat.

Once the menu is done it generates a shopping list. Can it be converted to color note? This will create a electronic shopping listfor the store. I changed then checkoff what I have bought it have at home.
