Save workout while tracking so you can come back to it later.
When tracking a training plan you should be able to save it so that you can access other screen in the app or stop your workout and continue it later.

I am a note taker, on the spot. Otherwise I will forget it.
I also take notes on how I feel, how the workout went, I injured myself almost trying to not lose what I tracked till that point. I can't focus.

If I save it I have to rate the WHOLE workout.As much as the Nutrition and workouts are important to track, maybe taking notes on how we feel + rating also our mental state before + after a workout session?
This can impact our performance.
