It's not only important to track your workouts, your nutrition, but also your mental state. Maybe it's more important to keep track of that.

****, this is why I came here... If I could I would vote for this one over and over again.
I am a note taker, on the spot. Otherwise I will forget it.
I also take notes on how I feel, how the workout went, I injured myself almost trying to not lose what I tracked till that point. I can't focus.

If I save it I have to rate the WHOLE workout.
As much as the Nutrition and workouts are important to track, maybe taking notes on how we feel + rating also our mental state before + after a workout session?
This can impact our performance.
