Add a daily note/journal box.
Along with the “Workout,” “Activity,” etc buttons, add a button for a journal entry for the day.

This is SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO IMPORTANT....
It's not only important to track your workouts, your nutrition, but also your mental state. Maybe it's more important to keep track of that.

Add a journal that keeps track of my workout and day. This would allow me to write notes on how the workout went, what to work on in the future, my progress, what worked, and what didn’t, etc.
