Ability to have a guided warm-up before or stretches cool down after
It would be great if the app walked you through some stretches before and had a timer.
Same for after the workout, some guided stretches

Yes I fully agree with this! I don’t even think to stretch sometimes since it’s not intercepted with my workout.

I'd love to see warm-ups and post-workout stretches included in the workouts. I usually have to improvise or find my own, but I'd love to have them already included for ease and knowing that I'm stretching correctly and doing the right stretches. Thank you!

It would be nice to be able to copy a warm up, section of a workout, or superset to another workout when creating them. Maybe this is possible and I don’t know how. I want to just copy 1 superset and not a whole workout.

Doing any full body warm ups for the people who don’t or never trained before to avoid injuries in the future. They’ll also perform better and feel loose

Add stretching videos in front of the daily workout videos. It may sound silly but some of us don’t know how to stretch properly.

Include warm up exercises with sets for each muscle group
The same for cool down exercises for muscle groups being worked that day.

There's nothing planned for Sundays, what if there was a 45 minute stretch day based on repairing and stretching out the muscles we've used that week?

After lifting, my muscles get so tight. Especially my legs. I do the stretches I know, but I’m not 100% sure I’m effectively targeting the right spots. Including recommended stretches would be so helpful to prevent injury and help us stay flexible.

If I’m doing quads and calves on Monday it would be great if the correct static stretches were loaded for after my workout.

Teaching us the proper way to stretch areas of our body that we may not know how to stretch properly, arms, back, shoulders, hammys, neck, etc.
