Water can be tracked on meal tracking apps (like my fitness pal) and should populate with our nutrition goals, rather than checking off a habit. It’s more than a “yes” or “no” it’s about how close we’re getting!

Have a vibration or alarm, set for each interval to drink a certain amount of water,
Set a daily water goal and interval time, Towards the end of the day iif the goal is not met, the amount of water you need to drink increases
Example: goal to drink 1200ml water in my day set from 8am to 8pm, set reminder for 2 hour interval ( 200ml) . If I have not logged my intake by 12 midday, I have missed 400ml so this 400ml is added to the next intervals, so In order to reach my goal I must increase my water to 300ml etc etc

We'd like Trainerize to build a habit template for water intake. Water intake is a common habit we prescribe to clients and we are finding it tedious to retype the same habit over and over again under the "custom habit" field.

Show steps, water and sleep as a bar chart with the ability to set a goal like nutrition so clients can see their progress exactly like the nutrition.
If they use fitbit or withing then this data is available. The line graphs are not very helpful when trying to teach clients about consistency.
