Caffine/coffee tracker
I would like to please have a small widget on the app where i can input data on how much caffine and at what time i've had it to compare with other days, it would be great if this feature was listed on a graph with individual buttons where i can see trends over days, months weeks and years, i would also like this to intergrate with the sleep function and workout portion so i can accurately track my preceieved effort with workout and the direct correlation to hr experienced throughout the workout, i would also like to have a recommended half/quatar life for the recent logged coffee/caffine i'd logged to actively track when i could take advantage of windows and how to better optimize recovery and sleep, this would be great if the data and application of this widget followed current research on caffines preformance enhancement and current sleep studies posted through the web and on repitable podcasts like the huberman lab, specificially episode with dr mathew walker,
Ofcourse outside of this app i track this concurrently and have my own spreadsheet sorted but i have a hunch that this feature will be a great addition to the app and for the people that dont track this already, it's a game changer, considering caffine is added to many products to enhance marketing on the shopping center shelf.
