Listing which primary and secondary muscles the exercise is for helps make the mind muscle connection

Display which muscles are being targeted for each exercise. Has this not need though of? It’s a workout app, the person should be informed the muscle they are working.

Helpful when searching for a substitute exercise. Often the scheduled machine is busy and I’m searching for a suitable replacement.

Sometimes while still perfecting form it difficult trying to figure out if I am activating the correct muscle and when you’re doing an exercise trying to connect your mind to what you’re supposed to be feeling having an image of where it’s supposed to be activated is helpful.

Workout should clearly state which primary and secondary muscle it's targeting.

Also, able to provide substitute workout if one cannot do a particular workout.

Include muscle groups the exercise is supposed to be hitting. For example, heel elevated goblet squats - quads. Or Bulgarian split squat - glutes and quads.

I want to vote for this a million times. I wonder often sometimes if I'm feeling the exercise in the right places.

Decribe the target muscle and suggest alternate excercise to do if equiptments or machines are not available
