Have sets and weights auto fill with previous numbers.
When I start a new workout or cardio, have the previous numbers default so that I don't have to navigate big fingers on tiny numbers. I can change if needed but it will save typing again if the same.
Hi Everyone!
This idea is now completed. Clients can now quickly auto-fill previous exercise stats, saving time and simplifying progress tracking. Just toggle the auto-fill option at the start of the workout and get moving faster! Learn more.

Especially relevant and needed on the watch app

Make it an option.

I agree, maybe just a button to auto fill and not necessarily have everything already auto filled. I fill in each box as I go so I can see where there would be confusion if everything were already auto filled. A button for sure though!

I like this idea, a button to just add the same data as the previous set would be amazing. Its annoying have to add the same data over and over.

That would have me confused. I already get mixed up with the blank boxes.

Alternatively, have an option to turn on/off preset mode. Or have a one-click option to transfer the previous data instantly. (Previous data can be clickable to transfer or an [add] button next to data.

Agree need to allow choice. Or choices. The only way this feature would be helpful is to allow WHAT would be preset. I often start with higher weight from previous wo- don’t track warmup sets.
Please don’t prefill and make me erase.

I agree with I’m from feb 26.
I do not want weights and reps prefilled. If there are numbers in the box, I will think I’ve already done it.
Maybe it can be an option to have prefilled, or to start with empty boxes.
Then, both groups will be happy 😊 -

I dont like this idea - I use the blanks to keep track of which set I've done and how much. If this feature gets incorporated and is automatic, I'll have to now manually delete pre-filled fields. Probably will get off the platform.

Other apps like JEFit have this by default. I've been using trainerize only because that's what my gym uses to track progress

As a Coach. This is a major hangup for the platform. Some Clients need every warm up set programmed. To have to fill out each cell every workout is beyond time consuming. I have several employees that avoid the platform due to this detail.

If this feature is added, please provide an option to turn it on or off in the settings. I can see why some people would want it, but I wouldn't want it personally. Entering info manually helps me keep track of what set I'm on and makes it so everything in each field is accurate

It would be nice if it was an option for each exercise. But sometimes I may not want to auto fill.

I would hope this would be optional.
Weights/Reps change depending on the split you are currently doing.

It can be time consuming to refer back to what you did the week before. This feature would help keep me accountable to progressive overload! 👍🏻😊

I want to see what I lifted the last time I did the exercise so that I can add to it. At the very least, it should show what you did the last time with the option to import that info (if it doesn’t pre-populate).
