We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Be able to type more words with pictures when messaging

    When I post a pic to my group or my coach sometimes I have more words to type with it than I’m allowed.

  3. Automatically populate the authors name of the message I would like to respond to. .

    As a user, I would like to automatically populate the message’s author I would like to respond to instead of selecting the name of the author.

    Develop a feature to allow for staring or bookmarking important messages in order to reduce the need to scroll through the chats.

  5. Improve freezing while messaging

    App freezes every time I message my coach. Can't send more than 1 sentence at a time. Start and restart of phone and app, Uninstaller reinstall doesn't work. This is imperative to my use of the app. Please look into this!

  6. Canceling a live class

    Be able to cancel my reservation or message the coach that I will not be able to attend the live class.

    Being able to upload videos and photos in bulk in. The chat makes your life easier. Instead of uploaded one by one.

    Also remove the 1 min limit on videos

    The chat function doesn’t work that well. You can’t scroll through it without the keyboard being in the way. Would be better if you could do that.

  10. Drop down to switch trainer is hard to find

    The message bubbles are trash. It took me a week to figure out there was a drop-down box to switch between trainers.

  11. Quit duplicating images in my phone's gallery after I send them through the messenger

    Every time I send a picture from my phone's gallery through the app's messenger, it creates a duplicate of the image on my phone. It's annoying and a waste of time to clean up behind this fluke. So, I have to send pictures or screen shots to my trainer through a separate app. Please fix this.

  12. Tag comments for later view

    In the chat and group chat feature, make it so you can tag a comment for viewing later. People often share products, recipes, Google docs, etc that I have to scroll back to find.

  13. Comment possibility only for me (not visible for coach)

    The possibility to add comments to a day, a workout etc. Just for me. Like a journaling function. Comments Not visibile for the coach

  19. Have the ability for the trainer to post documents on a separate place than the chat

    My trainer sends us documents like food shopping list, goals, etc on the chat. But because it is a group chat one might miss it as the chat will move those documents up.

  20. Provide more name info in notifications

    When I receive notifications from a coach it doesn't say which one, it only says coach. It would be good to see in the actual notification which coach is posting.
