Delete Confirmation
Instead of having the swipe to delete button, with no confirmation, and immediately deleting a workout that was logged, it would be nice if the user was asked “are you sure you want to delete this workout?” That way, a user doesn’t just fat finger swipe and delete and delete valuable information. This leads to a poor user experience.

Ability to add comments for an exercise after completed.
Please add a comments section on exercises after reps and weights. This can track note when needed. For example- used red band, used kettle bell instead of barbell etc…

After the trainer has changed the available workout, I would still like to be able to repeat a workout we previously did.
I’d like to be able to start a new workout session from the calendar or history view. When viewing a workout session that I’ve already completed, I’d like to be able to start a new session with that workout plan.

Add own exercises!
Be able to add own exercises. for example when using a different gym and the equipment is of a different brand, the weight lifted is different in some cases and this causes issues with tracking progress

Being able to see the workout before pressing play.
On a different app. You can see the exercises that are being done and how many sets and reps there will be. That way if an exercise is new you can see how to do it correctly. It also helps to know what exercises I’ll be doing so I can plan my day and move at my own pace. And mark complete without feeling rushed.

Pauses after a circuit round
Please implement pauses after a circuit round.
When I want to do a circuit with 3 rounds I maybe want short pauses after every exercise but I also want in wo cases a longer pause after one full round.1 vote -
Self restart
I wish I can re do - or restart the program with some float I’ll say maybe within maybe 3-4 weeks after start, because sometimes unforeseen happen and I can’t start when I want (as scheduled) 😓

I need to be able to put notes beside each set
Allow notes beside each set.
So you can add the last one was a super set.

Would love videos for all workouts and a little time (10sec) between sets to swap out weights and or to record weights and reps right in the app after each set

Ability to watch training videos there is a constant error resulting in you having to google the wxercise mid- workout.

Minimize entering into multiple times
When I enter my reps and weights, I have to enter the information per set. I wish there was a button I can click that say “same weight & reps for the set” so I don’t have to all that information. Still want the option because I may change the weight or rep per set. But my weight and rep is the the same for the workout I can just click a button and save a lot of time

Substitution for workouts
Please give better substitutes for certain workouts. If I don't have machines, I would like dumbbells or band workouts and it doesn't show.

Allow for a trainer to start a workout and the data save to let you finish on your own device
Allow a trainer to start a work out, enter data and save it then when our session ends but I have more sets to do I can continue/finish on my own phone.

Auto populate the reps when logging
When logging, have it auto populate the prescribed reps, with a way to edit, from the start. Currently spending way too much time logging my workout even if I’m doing what I’m supposed to.

CB Additional information for tracking workouts
Be able to record body weight and assisted weight (negative weight).
Show last workout’s notes in addition to weight (I.e. 3RIR, 70%, AMRAMP)

Dashboard for PR’s
Many Alpha workouts allow members to retest old workouts or program strength sets as a % of a previous 1RM. Can u create a dashboard for me to easily see my 1RM back squat? Or see what time to shoot for on my next attempts at a 2k row?

Allow the syncing of workouts entered in train heroic.
