Sync Apple watch end of workout
Since January 8th 2021 the app will not turn off at the end of the workout. Please get Apple to correct the problem.

Give 5 seconds to prepare for next exercise
With the timed workouts, it jumps right to the next exercise right after the one that you’re doing is finished. Giving just five seconds would allow you to get in position for the next exercise, rather than having you scramble to get in position.

Provide offline access for tracking workouts
It would be great if you could provide offline access for tracking and completing workouts as my gym has zero reception, making the app useless for that function (main reason I use it)

Give all videos GIF thumbnails
While doing workouts, some exercises show a live snippet of the video and some are a stagnant image. Most workout apps have at least an animated figure doing the movement. Please don’t make us rely on our faulty memory for proper form. Every video should move while workout is in progress. Ideally giving an AB loop to the movement itself like a GIF.

add sailing as an activity feature? I compete professionally but it’s so unique non of the other activities work as a substitute:)

Auto fill the reps and weights after inputting the first set
Auto fill the reps and weights after inputting the first set. When you have 6 sets where you’re using the same weight, inputting the same thing multiple times gets cumbersome.

Add a mute option for video
Playing videos stops my music mid-workout and the videos I watch don't have sound, so it's really annoying.

Show exercise/video automatically then have a NEXT button which automatically takes you to the next exercise/video.
To eliminate so much breaks and button tapping- just show the video of the exercise move with a next button which will automatically take you to the next exercise/video.

Any idea why the app’s workout syncs to apple watch as “cross training” and how to change it to “traditional strength training”? Thanks!!
