We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Being able to pause a workout started and go to another one without it being deleted

    Make the app capable of pausing workouts once started and be able to do a different one, and go back to the paused one to finish. Right now you either have to finish it, delete it, or leave it going and come back to it, but you don't have access to anything else in the app until it's completed or deleted.   3. A repeat feature. So you don’t have to type the same weight in repeatedly if you use the same weights each set

    Repeat the filled in info for multiple sets without re typing over and over again

  5. Link active workout on both phone and watch

    Link active workout on phone and watch. I like to have it open on my phone/iPad but need it going on my watch also so I can start timers and track reps/weight etc.

  6. Set weight for next week

    It would be great if I could put in what weight to start with the following week. As sometimes you might hit your benchmark but your form wasn’t good so want to stay on the same weight, or you smashed it and want to go up.
    You usually forget by the following week if it was an easy or hard set

  7. Add Recovery Activities

    Add Recovery activities (stretching, cryo therapy, massage, etc.) to the Activities list so these can be scheduled into days of the week.

  8. Clean up the workouts tab so there is far less scrolling during it.

    Instead of having a workout consisting of 7 different lift and having to consistently scroll up and down, streamline the exercises more. Example : Incline bench press. (Enter) Set 1: (reps and weight). (Enter) Set 2: (reps and weight). And if trying to keep the timer in, have a sidebar timer the you can just swipe your finger and it starts or something. There’s too much clutter on the workouts page.

  11. Ability to create and save a custom workout and be able to add it to schedule

    Right now we can build a freestyle work out and insert exercises. But if we want to do them again on a different day.. we have to recreate that work out again. It would be nice if we can name that and save it and be able to apply for future days as well.

    I think having a simple built in timer similar to the rest counts would be useful in the exercises which are till failure or for x seconds etc.

  17. track weightlifting

    Be able to see how much weight you lift last week(last Friday vs current Friday), then you can get an idea how much weight you can expect to add more resistance on your workout plan.

  18. prompt to end workout like apple activities do based on HR

    I often forget to end my workouts - this runs the battery down and throws off my workout times. Apple activities prompt me to end my workout when my HR returns to a rest. I can then choose to dismiss or end workout. If trainerize could do that it would be so helpful.

  19. Recording button for each exercise withou having to go the messaging section

    Not all the clientes are going to remember the technique they are trying to get feedback on. And I would like to provide clients movement assesments where they can watch the technique with autoplay as they record themselves.

  20. Add a compound timer so trainers can create sun-timers for things like stretching. Foam rolling, circuit workout, cool down. Look at Seconds

    Please add a compound timer so my trainer can set up sub timers like foam rolling, stretching, activation, circuit workout and cool down. Look at Seconds Timer which has this ability.
