Ability to add in your own workout or scan QR code
More machines need to be added or have the ability to type in or scan qr if machine is not available such as the iso low lateral row and high lateral row, torso rotation, the incline and decline plated chess press machines etc

Data graph for workouts
Add a data graph for workouts that shows current reps/weight and show a dashed estimated progression if continue on trend. That way it could help adjust personal goal and progress if not on track or exceeding progress to fast.

Link watch to trainer led workout
When my trainer is leading a workout and I click start workout on watch I should be able to click “PT workout” or something so I don’t need my phone but it feeds the heartrate / time / calories into the work out he’s tracking on his iPad.

Need to add left and right weight and rep category. Not everyone lifts the same weight for each appendage.
Set, left/right/both, rep, weight category per exercise.

Allow coaches to publish custom programs to athletes
Give coaches the ability to publish their programs to the app so that athletes can view/add to calendar and prepare accordingly.

Add distance tracker when walking
Tonight when I started walking I clicked on the activity and said get started. It timed me but it did not show me the kilometres that I had walked

Enable access to previous months of workout plans
In the app I don't have access to last months workouts, only to the current month. Please allow to look up and schedule workouts of previous months.

Body weight workouts for people who don’t have access to any equipment
I think it would be cool if each exercise had an alternate for body weight. Or if there were just full workouts that were body weight only. At this point, I don’t have any equipment or access to equipment so it would be nice to have that option, IMO.

Schedule previously programmed workouts
Sometimes on off days I’d like to run a workout from a prior block maybe months ago. As it stands the only way is to manually input as a freestyle workout. Ideally I’d be able to schedule old workouts within the app without manually setting them up as freestyle.

Add stretching and recovery of 15 minutes videos to the program
You need to add stretching- recovery videos of 15 min as a part of the program, not jut the how to do it. This will avoid injuries, remember not all your audience are used to so much high impact.

Adjust the order of exercises assigned by trainer
Sometimes a coach will recommend a change in order to exercisers in an assigned workout but forgets to rearrange it for you. It would be nice to be able to just rearrange the exercises through the app.

I have to recreate my workouts each day. It would be nice to be able to create, name, and copy freestyle work-ours and then modify the copy slightly.

Allow pre-planning of workout so that I don’t waste time at the gym and don’t hold up equipment for other users.

The app should allow the trainee (user) to enter in daily exercise including free form not just the trainer.
I should be able to track my daily exercise without having a trainer do it for me.
