Add a mindset activity (when you hit the + button)
It would be nice to track mindset activities (using the + button) in the app. Hopefully like many of you, I wrote down how I want to improve my mindset. However I see no way to document your activities or progress in this area. Can it be added?

Mood tracker
A feature where you can track your mood. The use of smiley faces could work well with maybe a little box where you can type down why you may feel this way.

Auto adjust calorie deficit as you loose weight to avoid plateaus
As you loose weight calorie deficit must be auto adjusted to avoid a plateau.

Daily goals simplification
Would be nice to have the ability to simply check off completion of daily goal instead of going through 4 diferent pages.... this part is a bit anoying.

Fix milestone awards
Yesterday I accidentally pressed the hike button on my Fitbit. After recording a 2 second hike, the app awarded me a 75 hour hiking milestone. I only joined the app a week ago and already have 50 hours of exercise milestone too. Please fix the milestones so they actually relate to the amount of activity you've done as they seem meaningless otherwise.

Visual aspect
I would love to see visually on a body image the specific muscle worked with a specific mouvement; if we are searching to connect the brain with a muscle; to see in the app that image would be an amazing plus

Being able to rearrange the tiles on the dash
On the main page where it has things to do underneath it there are other categories that a coach may use but the user may want to prioritize when they see the tiles

When I’m doing cardio on the app, I can’t clock out and access other parts of the app like my messages or the home page.

A 3D version of the client
I would like a 3D person that is like me with my exact measurements. It would convert to your new measurements every week to show your body transformation results. I think showing your animated progress will be very motivating.

Self set active hours
Hydrocoach allows you to set your own active hours in which you're trying to achieve your goals. My active hours fluctuate and I often miss marking my trainerize goals because my day is not over yet. I would love to be able to set my own hours like I can in hydrocoach.

Sync Fix for App Data
The polling from Trainerize to the FitBit app for sleep is incorrect. The sleep reported from Trainerize is different (higher) than what FitBit is reporting. It's appears to be scaled or it's returning the decimal value of the minutes and not the actual minutes. I.e. 30 minutes = 0.5. So 6 hours & 30 minutes of sleep in FitBit is being translated to 6.50 and labeled as 6 hours 50 minutes. Or you know it could also be something else....

Body stats - ability to compare or view previous entries to see changes, and change incorrectly entered stats.

Provide a focus metric
Provide a focus metric which allows the user to select from a few options to see an updated current weight/rep (combined) vs previous rather than user trying to calculate if progressing or not

I like seeing what days i logged in and the times that i did
I like being able to see what days I’ve been to the gym that month and what time that I checked in and out.
