Give consistency metrics meaning
I still get kudos for consistency when I haven’t worked out in a week. I’d love to set a goal for number of workouts and if I’m on track, I see the consistency notes!

Consistency tracker
Have the option to mark that workout as missed workout & an option to put why you missed the workout. Then at the end of the month you can look at the bigger picture & see how consistent you’re being, or lack there of

Yo entrene 54d e iba al gym por peso y me di cuenta que es una muy buena combinación. Siempre he hecho pesas pero con 54d los resultados son geniales. Dar la opción de hacer ese workout para mejorar rendimiento y resultados

I like being able to see what days I’ve been to the gym that month and what time that I checked in and out.

Food Prep
I think that in addition to scheduling our habits (water intake, workouts, macros etc.) daily the client should be able to schedule food prep day. So that I can check it off and my trainer knows I have done it or that I am prioritizing it.

Ability to track mood, food and jot down thoughts of the day
I’m working with my trainer on my relationship with food. Being an emotional eater has stalled my exercise progress. So it would be helpful to allow a place to track my daily mood as well as generic notes for that day. Possibly linking to My fitness pal or allow for food tracking in the app would be helpful too

When raking body measurements it is crucial to measure same way each time. With a video instructing how and where to measure that would ensure same measurements each time

Increase the hand portion sizes to more than 6
At the moment the maximum is 6 palms/hands/thumbs etc. I have vegan clients who require, for example, 10 cups of carbs

Can we have a page where all the 1RepMax (Calculated) can be seen in one place. I know you can go onto each exercise and look at your calculated 1RepMax. But could all the ones that you have a calculation for be put in one place :)

Add calculation of excercise performance
Based on age, gender how many pushups, situps, plank time, squats, etc could we target. E.g., What is top 50%, 10% internationally or in the LM community.
