We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Food tracking integration with Nutracheck

    Nutracheck is an amazing app. It has all the latest new food types, there is an employed work force that check the content is accurate and the add a picture for every packing and food type, it has so many other great features for macros. It doesn't have duplicates or errors like MyFitness Pal, and constantly having to add new thing in tranerize as they haven't been added yet, so frustrating when a brilliant app already exists and is perfect. Please integrate with Nutracheck!

  2. Flexibility when adding meals

    I would to be able to add meals for other times than right now. Want to be able to enter yesterday’s meals today.

  3. Family Style / Meal Prep Style - Save the total meal ingredients once and then log how large your portion was. Share total meal with family.

    While cooking, log the weights and amounts of the ingredients used. Record the total of this as one "product" or one "food item".
    Then, when you grab your portion size for the week, you only have to say how much you grabbed from the total meal and don't have to calculate and add each ingredient again every single day.
    Share the "product" or "food item" between family members or friends who are also eating from the same batch of food. That way, only one person has to enter the meal details and everyone else can just say how much they…

  4. Integrate with Lose It app

    Lose It is way better than My Fitness Pal. Jeez!! Please integrate. Thousands of people using Trainerize need this integration.

  5. Allow user to enter the serving size themself

    The app defaults to 1 serving, e.g. 1 cup, and then only offers fractions. This is super clunky and time consuming. At least default it to the -. Better yet, allow user to enter in decimals.

  6. Keeping measurement settings for frequently logged items

    For recent or frequent food items, keep the measurement as typically is logged so changing that every day isn't necessary.
    Example - logging 10 almonds each day, but when going in to update it, every day it reverts to 1 cup of almonds.
    This exists in MyFitnessPal

  9. Nutracheck syncing

    I don’t use my fitness pal and I don’t like the way you input meals so I would prefer to use nutracheck which puts me off inputting my data

  10. Have decimal point option on custom foods

    It would be great to have decimals when adding custom food as many foods are, for example 1.4g etc.

  11. Turn off the photo prompt when entering meals.

    Although its optional to upload a photo, put the link on the main page of the meals and not the first thing to pop up when entering meals.

  13. Add water amount in the meal section

    Add water intake in the meal section. Should not be a separate reminder. Look at my fitness pal something similar. Water intake is very important for people who have trouble drinking water.

  15. Add more photos to one meal

    Quite frustrating that you can only add one photo per meal. Eg when eating out i get one course at a time but it’s all dinner. Plus sometimes I want to add two photos per meal, one of the meal and the other of the nutrition breakdown on the package.

  16. Ability to search within a specific food category (e.g. search only within favorites)

    The goal of favorites or recents (I assume) is to find food quickly that you use often, but my favorites have gotten long and none are in alphabetical order. Instead of having to scroll through them all would like to search within. Search feature brings up results from entire database and not sorted by recent use, favorites, etc.

  19. Raw foid choices. I do not buy prepared food. I cant always find the ingredients needed to make a sandwich, or simple dinner. Most items are

    Basic ingredients and raw fruit and veg. That you can put together for example 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 2 potatoes 1 4 oz chicken ******. Now I have soup.
