We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to add food photos without having to sacrifice meals and calorie info

    Currently you can only add photos of meals OR meals/ calorie info.
    Both are important, so it would be great to have both options. You can send for photos via chat, but that is spamming the important channel

  3. Option to add photo at any time during the food logging process

    Taking a photo of your completed meal is the last step in the process for me. One has to have their meal completed and dished to take a picture of it before one can actually start scanning barcodes, etc. I like to clean up as I’m preparing food. I get annoyed that I have to leave food packages out to scan the bar codes after the meal is made.

  4. Be able to amend food items

    Be able to amend items in the set food items ie die to allergy or not liking one particular part of that food itemS
    Eg. Salon bagel - you may not have one of the items - or allergic to one item
    At the moment you can’t edit those set food ideas.
    Also be able to amend quantity of what is in it

  5. Ability to easily report an error with scanned barcodes.

    Barcode 3760299913074 brings up a chilli chicken bento box from Waitrose but it’s now a chicken yakisoba bento box from asda. Similar style food but very different calorie count. One example of many errors found. Need ability to update/correct old barcodes please.

  6. Remove option for the camera, and instead add photos for the food items

    Meal tracking should not be as time-consuming! It would be much more efficient if we’re trying to track a meal, rather than have a Camera pop-up to take photos, instead have food pictures already integrated inside the app with the food items. This way, when you select a food item, it comes with a picture already. Kind of like my fitness pal and other mealTracking apps.

  7. sync with chornometer meal/nutrient tracker.

    Add in the ability to sync chornometer. I have medical nutrient deficiencies that i keep of in there the best. It would be nice to go outside of the mainstream myfitness pal.

  8. Nightshift tracker mode

    For people on nightshift who have meals logged on two calendar days but is actually only one (24hr) day for them. To accurately track meals and macros for their 24hr period.

  9. Show planned meals for the entire week

    I don’t like how it only shows you planned meals for 3 days. There should be an option for 7 days so you can plan the entire week out, and buy all the groceries you need for the whole week. The 3 days at a time is very confusing and messy.

  11. Meal portion tracker

    I use my hand to approximate my portions of each category; protein, veggies, carbs and fats. I'm supposed to eat 5 servings of protein, 6 servings of veggies and so on. If there was a tick box where I could tick off when I've eaten one of those portions it would be easier to make sure I get all my portions every day.

  12. Is it possible to speed this up. It takes a long time for meal tracker to find meals.

  13. Look at My Plate App by live strong!

    This My Plate app runs smoothly! Adapt food app in trainerize to visually be more user friendly. Add a place for keeping track of water.
    Put visuals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, workout, weight and water on opening. The add a food seems clunky to start with. The food app in trainerize needs to flow more smoothly.

  18. Custom Meals Added to Food Search

    Finding and tracking custom foods and custom meals is too complicated. When I add a custom meal, it’s probably something like a protein shake that I created so that I don’t have to keep adding all of the ingredients individually. Why doesn’t my custom protein shake show up in the food search? The only way to add it is by adding a new meal. The whole process is not very user friendly.

  19. Calories are very different to Cronometer, my breakfast shows a 10% difference

    Would like to see the calories more accurate as my very first meal I’ve logged is 34 cal less than what Cronometer has told me. Over the course of a day with three meals this could be the difference between being in a deficit or not.
