We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Provide more name info in notifications

    When I receive notifications from a coach it doesn't say which one, it only says coach. It would be good to see in the actual notification which coach is posting.

  2. Allow users to select their trainer

    I would really like to be able to select my trainer from a list to message. For some reason mine won't show up in my message options on the app.

  4. A notes section or field to communicate information. A section for inputting supplements and cleanses

    I'm suggesting a messaging option to communicate with coaches.
    A notes/diary to input any additional information that can relate to the objective in this app.
    Finally, a section to input your supplements/ cleanses especially if prescribed by the Dr in this program

  5. Comment section close to the excercise

    It’d be nice to be able to add a comment on the specific excercise, instead of having to go back and forth on the chat , I think this way it would clearer and easier to understand for the pt and it would easily avoid misunderstandings

  6. Mark messages as question

    Ability to mark a message as a question that needs an answer from the trainer. Sometimes when a few messages per day pop in it’s easy to overlook a question.

  9. don't allow exceeding word count to delete thought

    PTSD trauma and it's really hard for me to communicate while I'm doing that I see the word count and then anything I was saying has been deleted

    See above. Cannot message trainer within the app while walking. But you can during lifting exercises.

  11. Have where you can send voice notes in messenger to your clients/from clients

    A lot of times we are on the go or something is easier explain verbally having the ability to send a voice note inside messages would be amazing!

  12. Replying for a comment will help to trqck a particular conversation.

    Enabling the reply option for a particular comment will help the user to track the conversation rather than scrolling up and down.

  13. Regrouping all,comments and feedback made per same exercise so its easy to read back when looking for tips and improved technique

    I comment when im doing a session but after I will have to go back to that specific session to find the general comments and not specific to the exercise I was talking about. I would have to scroll through history to find what my coach responded also so its not very efficient in that sense

  15. Be able to type more words with pictures when messaging

    When I post a pic to my group or my coach sometimes I have more words to type with it than I’m allowed.
