Message improvements
Allow media to send in the background once the app is closed. There’s been so many times I have sent my check ins and checked back a few hours later only for them to have never sent. Sometimes messages double, triple send. Sometimes it takes 10 mins for a 30 second video to send as well. Just not the most smooth messaging experience.

I wish you could DM other coaches or other SupraHumans privately. There is no way to send private messages except to coach.
I wish you could message other coaches or other SupraHumans. Maybe you don’t want to ask a question publicly, maybe you want to schedule a workout with someone, maybe you want to ask a question of another coach. Would be great if you could message others in the app.

Quit duplicating images in my phone's gallery after I send them through the messenger
Every time I send a picture from my phone's gallery through the app's messenger, it creates a duplicate of the image on my phone. It's annoying and a waste of time to clean up behind this fluke. So, I have to send pictures or screen shots to my trainer through a separate app. Please fix this.

Comment possibility only for me (not visible for coach)
The possibility to add comments to a day, a workout etc. Just for me. Like a journaling function. Comments Not visibile for the coach

Most Volume Ever instead of Max
Instead of the app saying “max volume ever” on the Dash it should say “Most Volume Ever”

Batch upload of media
Like WhatsApp app, make the upload so that we can select multiple videos and images at once and add caption to each individual file and then batch upload

Master Calendar
I would love to see some sort of Master calendar that syncs with every client. For example, our check in days are Wednesday and each completes the same tasks, and each has an auto message that reminds them. I would love the ability to program a master calendar that adds the tasks to every client, or I can schedule an auto message on that calendar and it goes out to everyone instead of having to go by program, or individual.

Better functionality with uploading videos
Currently can't uploading videos iver 1 minute and they often glitch or don't upload properly. I have to use alternate methods to get these to my trainer. This seems ridiculous given the nature of the app

The ability to respond to messages my trainer sends. I pay enough money that me being able to respond should be an option.
$160 a month and that isn't enough to have the ability to respond to messages my trainer sends? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I have full access to the app, and I can get messages but can't respond. I don't believe that was included in my contract which I'll be reviewing when I get home.

Automatically populate the authors name of the message I would like to respond to. .
As a user, I would like to automatically populate the message’s author I would like to respond to instead of selecting the name of the author.

Drop down to switch trainer is hard to find
The message bubbles are trash. It took me a week to figure out there was a drop-down box to switch between trainers.

Tag comments for later view
In the chat and group chat feature, make it so you can tag a comment for viewing later. People often share products, recipes, Google docs, etc that I have to scroll back to find.

Show country you’re from in group chats
Show country you’re from in group chats. This would allow you to connect with people closer to home or make suggestions relevant to regions.
