Automatically sync up Previous weights and reps with repeat exercises that show up on new workouts. I find it hard to find my previous info and if it was right there it would be easier to know what to beat!

Have the ability to upload workouts from the app Strong.
Not sure how workouts are managed in trainerize but I’ve used the Strong app now for a couple of years and it works really well for tracking.

Have the timer for rest periods be available when app is closed.
If you were to go off the app, change music, text etc during rest period you would still be notified when rest breaks is up.

Please add just a normal pull old pull up to the exercise list.
Add the normal pull exercise to the workout list. The gym doesn't even have half the assisted pull options in the list. Yet you have normal pull bars on every squat rack. Add pull up normal grip, not wide or narrow.

Schedule previously programmed workouts
Sometimes on off days I’d like to run a workout from a prior block maybe months ago. As it stands the only way is to manually input as a freestyle workout. Ideally I’d be able to schedule old workouts within the app without manually setting them up as freestyle.

Enter activities without the app timer running
I like that I can record my hiking activities in the app. But it is a little frustrating that it only allows me to record a hiking activity with the app running while I'm hiking. If I go on a 3-hour hike this just pulls my phone battery down which is not a good idea. If I could go back in after the fact and just simply enter in the duration and the miles and the intensity that would be really helpful

Countdown Clock
Have the countdown clock make noises when the countdown begins starting at 5 or 10 seconds. Currently it just dings when your rest period has expire

Save and exit workout screen
When typing in reps, sets, etc on workout page, we should be able to save, exit, then come back and finish workout if its not finished. Its annoying having to put in everything back again since it deletes all progress when exiting.

Exercise recommendations based on available equipment
I was asked what equipment I had access to, but that isn’t being taken into account when exercises are assigned to me. My Fitbod app does an excellent job at this.

Allow client to modify calendar
Allow the app to include other workouts. For example I rock climb and do yoga and it’s not reflected in my accomplishments. I think my coach being able to see these activities would help know how to adjust my workouts per my goals. Additionally the schedule my trainer sets isn’t always viable given my other activies or changes. Allow the client to move the activity goals each week as needed. I don’t want to have to contact my trainer every time I want to move a training from Friday to Thursday

I would love it if the workouts I enter in strong would transfer to Trainerize.

Possibilité de créer des pauses entre les exercices d un workout
Lorsqu un workout est lancé, les exercices s enchaînent tout sans possibilité de pause entre chaque !!!!! C est très frustrant et invite à utiliser un autre application de chronomètre. Ceci n a pas lieu d être sur votre plateforme. SVP considérez
!!! Dans un HIT training, les pauses entre chaque session sont fondamentales.2 votes
