Add the workout timer in the app
I have to switch between apps, it would be more beneficial to have the workout timer in the app the way that you have the rest timer set up.

Schedule previously programmed workouts
Sometimes on off days I’d like to run a workout from a prior block maybe months ago. As it stands the only way is to manually input as a freestyle workout. Ideally I’d be able to schedule old workouts within the app without manually setting them up as freestyle.

Display how many calories you have burnt with workout
Display how many calories you have burnt with workout. E.g 10 deadlift x 100kg = 30 calories burnt

Add a note section
I really wish I could put notes next to my reps ex “I used the green band”
Also I wish the exercises were listed by body part instead of alphabetical

Error checking
If I enter data, do a reasonable sanity check before you let me save. For instance if I did 3 sets of 6 @ 100 pounds but the 4th set has 1000 pounds, it's probably an error.

Option to replicate previous freestyle workouts
If I spend a bunch of time selecting exercises for a freestyle workout, I want to be able to replicate that workout so I can paste it as many times as I want throughout the calendar. I don’t want to have to manually recreate it every time.

Be able to copy previous freestyle workouts
I have to create all the details of a freestyle workout each time. It would be good to copy over a workout from a previous day and be able to edit that rather than create a new one from scratch each time

I would love it if the workouts I enter in strong would transfer to Trainerize.

Sync more body measurements from Apple Health
The app should sync more measurements from Apple health (waist, arm etc). Currently it only seems to do weight.

Be able to still see your PBs if you click off a workout, rather than just showing completed sessions
Always get disappointed when I accidentally click off a workout/close Trainerize only to realise that I'll now not see if I've got any new PBs

Allow to build and save a custom workout
I can add a freestyle day and build a workout but doesn't seem I can name that workout and save it to use other days. Also if I take a pre designed workout, it would be nice to be able to add something to it and have it permanently be part of that pre-designed workout for future days. As an example, I add 1000 meter row to the beginning of most workout days

This app would be great if it synced to the Edge app to track training sessions and classes!

An option to auto enter workout stats
Instead of having to manually enter each rep and weight. Have an option to save the workout as it was entered. Also keeping the option to edit.

Add which arm in unilateral exercises
If I'm doing single arm kettlebell swings, I like to alternate arms, it'd be nice to mark it in the log.

Comment section on strength workouts
It would be helpful to have a comment section on strength exercises to give myself notes such as if I might want to try a heavier weight next time etc

Allow exercise substitutions to stick permanently
If I substitute an exercise, it’s not just for that day, it’s for the duration of that split. But my subscriptions always disappear and the original move is back.
Allow the substitution to be permanent.
