Add a 45 second interval for the 2nd leg when doing the split squat
Right now it only shows one leg, maybe do the video demo alternating because you only get 45 seconds to complete one leg set. Or add 45 seconds for the other kef

Restore ability to add calories to general activity
I used to be able to specify both time and calories burned when I add a general activity - which I have to do because my sports aren’t listed. It seems to have disappeared in the latest update. Please add it back again.

Hip "squat"
Add the workout where you are on your knees and have weight rested on your shoulders and then you bend/lower yourself to where you butt touches your heels. And then raise back up. I would like a smith machine choice as well with this but anything like this would be nice.

Adding a gap between exercises to change position would be helpful when moving between floor and standing positions.

Ability to add your own workouts, that may not be included on the app.
Ability to add your own workouts, and customize them to your workout pattern, so you are not forced to try to choose one that fits closest from what is on the app.

Customizable exercise choices in activity section.
The ability to choose which activities you see on your activities list, so you can put the ones you use most at the top of the list rather than having to scroll.

Connect to GymStreak app. App contains workouts and how to do them, I use it on days I don’t see my trainer and would like my workouts to sink into trainerize so he can see them

Add int a check mark on completed exercises helps to easily start back without trying to remember where you left off

Switching present full workout with past ones
Allow editing of a workout with a previous workout, not just and exercise add, like cardio & core day with just cardio day

Workout Schedule Move
Have the ability to move an incomplete or unstarted workout to the next day. This will allow the member to keep on schedule and not have missing time on their profile.

Cycling data - elevation gain and average speed more
The data points for cycling workouts don’t make sense for those not using stationary exercise bikes. Please expand data points to include average speed and elevation gain. For example, average speed is more useful than highest speed. Elevation gain also important.

Record “other” outside workouts
When I open the app on my watch and record a workout, from Beachbody, I save it in the MyQFIT app on my I watch but it doesn’t transfer it to the app on my phone. So I have to manually enter it, but it only lets me record the hours/minutes, nothing morw

Publish timetable
It would be great if the app could show the gym's group fitness timetable so I can load classes into my profile's calendar. Also, the opening hours (including public holidays)

Add Zoom workouts or dashboard or as an item to select in the activity section
It would be good to be able to show that you’ve done a Zoom workout on your dashboard. Either by adding it along side the on demand classes or as an activity to select in the activity selection.
