Ability to add a weight lifted or 1 3 5 10 RM goals for exercise
My trainer works with me to improve my lifts. I'll like to be able to set a 1,3,5, 10RM goal with my trainer and have this somewhere in my app.
Or at least goal to bench press 145lbs or something like that.

I would like to set a goal for a particular exercise to manage progress against it, for example
• 5 reps of body weight pull-up
• Max weight Barbell Hip Thrust of 450lbs
• 2minutes plank
So I can monitor progress against specific goals over time.
An additional tab we can use to indicate the next week's aspired weight goal for exercises
And also instead of just showing weight lifted on previous session, include link so we can see a few sessions to indicate progress patterns
