We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Recipe

    I would love the opportunity for trainerize to allow us to customize recipes by putting all the Ingredients together from the recipe and being able to see the full breakdown calories and macros. THEN be able to select that recipe as a meal but select it as a portion for my calories for that day. For example make chili soup recipe and then scan all the ingredients that go in it. Now under my recipe tab is skinny chili soup. Then when i go to eat it i can click the full chili soup and say select the serving like…

  3. Connect with NutraCheck for logging food

    Please can you allow us to sync with NutraCheck. I use this and don’t want to input nutrition data twice. I have to send my daily nutrition over to my coach separately. Would be so much easier if you were to sync with Nutra Check so it was all there in one place.

  4. Go back to being able to edit meal name!

    Sometimes I wait longer to track meals, and they aren’t at the right time of day (like I’ll log breakfast in the afternoon) and it will log it as snack or lunch. I used to be able to change it, but now I have to delete the whole thing if I made a mistake.
    The app is super slow and mostly terrible.

  5. Sync Nutrient data with Apple Health or Lose It

    Not all available items are built in to sync with the Apple Health App, there is more work to be done to fully sync the data, in particular the nutrient information and also the medication functions currently do not sync. Another suggestion is to sync with the Lose It app, the meal entry is much easier.

  6. Sync meals to time if day, i.e morning=<<breakfast, not Snack, afternoon = lunch, evening ,= dinner

  7. Recipe copy and paste

    In other apps you can copy the ingredients and amounts all at once. Then you can name it. Way easier then having to enter each thing and less time needed

  8. Enable decimals for every amount

    I agree with those who want to enter decimals for custom food grams, etc., but I am tired of choosing the nearest 8th for many of my existing items, when I am using a scale that gives me decimals. If I have 2.1 fl oz of cream, I don’t want to enter 2 1/8. Just enable decimals for everything.

  9. New nutrition dashboard view

    The new app update is horrendous for nutrition. I hate the way the dashboard screen shows food. Over complicated it. Please make the change This so that it can be optional.

    Please add nutracheck syncing. Really struggling to get on with the in app tracker as there are so many things not listed and the calories don’t always match up.

  11. Optimise app for use with tablets, eg iPad, as well as phones, as some features do not appear on iPads. .

    The recipe add function has too many glitches and is frustrating to try to use. Way more difficult than it should be!

  16. Macros

    I don’t use MFP, I use MyNetDiary which I find awesome for where in the world I live. But I refuse to add food into multiple apps. Please let us add our macros for the day in if you aren’t going to branch out to other apps.

  17. Amount remaining to eat

    I want to see how much food I should be eating if I select the food to be eaten.
    For example: I only want to get chicken, broccoli and rice. I would only want to eat two meals a day and want my measurements in grams. The app would tell me that I need 250 grams for lunch and for dinner. Let’s say I decide to eat out at a restaurant for lunch, I would want the app to tell me how much I need to eat for the remainder of the day of my chicken, broccoli and rice to…

  18. Organize nutrients in some sort of manner.

    Please organize the nutrients in some sort of coherent manner on the food log when creating a new food. They’re not alphabetical. They’re not by macro nutrient (fiber, sugar, added sugar, sugar alcohols aren’t even together??) or maybe how they’re organized on a nutrition label with vitamins etc at the bottom. Right now the app has it in purely thrown-at-the-wall order where it took me so long with the freezer door open getting the package and searching up and down the in app list that my toes are now frozen.

  20. Being able to edit the portions of the already made recipes

    When you put an already made recipe and it has a serving. Being able to edit the serving in case you dont eat it all. You use that meal for a 2 days span.
