We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Voice to text not working

    Love that you have this option as I am often texting my trainer on the go, but after I voice over and the press the microphone to stop and the text disappears. Maybe just a bug, not a new feature??

  2. Master Calendar

    I would love to see some sort of Master calendar that syncs with every client. For example, our check in days are Wednesday and each completes the same tasks, and each has an auto message that reminds them. I would love the ability to program a master calendar that adds the tasks to every client, or I can schedule an auto message on that calendar and it goes out to everyone instead of having to go by program, or individual.

  4. Voice notes in chat with trainer

    Voice notes similar to in WhatsApp. My trainer is sending videos but I only need to hear her voice (they’re not demo videos). Sometimes it’s easier to ask questions by voice note too

  5. Instant messaging. I haven’t been excepted on FB

  7. Better functionality with uploading videos

    Currently can't uploading videos iver 1 minute and they often glitch or don't upload properly. I have to use alternate methods to get these to my trainer. This seems ridiculous given the nature of the app

  9. Message improvements

    Allow media to send in the background once the app is closed. There’s been so many times I have sent my check ins and checked back a few hours later only for them to have never sent. Sometimes messages double, triple send. Sometimes it takes 10 mins for a 30 second video to send as well. Just not the most smooth messaging experience.

  10. Fix the messaging

    The texting/messaging makes my app freeze and **** down. I csnt type more than a few words.

  14. don't allow exceeding word count to delete thought

    PTSD trauma and it's really hard for me to communicate while I'm doing that I see the word count and then anything I was saying has been deleted

  16. While walking be able to message trainer.

    Increase the alliwed word count when you rate your workout so that you can better explain how things went to your trainer.

  18. Have where you can send voice notes in messenger to your clients/from clients

    A lot of times we are on the go or something is easier explain verbally having the ability to send a voice note inside messages would be amazing!

  19. Replying for a comment will help to trqck a particular conversation.

    Enabling the reply option for a particular comment will help the user to track the conversation rather than scrolling up and down.
