Treadmill exercise tracking

Box for left arm/ leg and box for right arm/ leg reps
If your trainer gives you x sets left arm/ lev and x sets right arm/ leg we need to be able to enter the reps for left and right, one side may be less and it’s good to note which arm it was without typing messages in the chat. I want to my trainer know for example if I did single arm bent over rows 9 reps left and 8 reps right then I didn’t meet my rep target of 18 and he needs to know where I feel short.

Notes per workout that carry over to the next workout. Example, Used green resistance band for bicep curls.

Create your own routine on off days
I would like to be able to create a workout on days the trainer doesn't have anything set up for me. She encourages exercise on those off days, but I need to go through a menu to pick out exercises working muscle groups that aren't getting enough attention, like the core.

Make the option to create custom workouts
There are some exercises i do that i want to enter on the app but there is no option for them. I know the program is mostly for the power rack but people also have dumbells and other equipment so if you want people to utilize this app for their all around tracker, giving people the option to add in their own would be very beneficial and mitigate people going to a different tracker app that already has this feature.

This app when used to start a workout in a class significantly drains battery and causes the phone to get extremely hot. I contacted Apple Support and they found the issue is with the app and not the iOS or phone. I loose over 50% of my battery when I start a workout in class. Very disappointed and this is a known issue as just about everyone else in class has the same problem. Which is why they stopped using the app.

Choose the equipment for workout
It would be really effective if a particular workout plan enables us to choose from different equipments that could be used for the same. For example, how a particular move or exercise could be done with kettlebell/barbell/dumbbell etc., In that way people can always choose from what they have at home / gym.

When I build a custom workout, I want to be able to save it for the future or copy it to another day.
I currently can edit any workout in the program I pay for and swap out exercises, but I cannot save that workout as a custom option or copy it to another date for future use. I would like to be able to at least copy my customizations so I can do them again without spending 30 more minutes working on swapling out exercises.

Body weight exercises for travel
For those that travel, it would be awesome to have an area that bodyweight exercises could be stored for when no dumbbells are available so that we are able to stay on track.

switching start date
Being able to adjust your start date, instead of having it done automatically or switching workouts one at a time. Because my rest days would be Tuesday and Wednesday compared to everyone else’s which is generally the weekend.

Build workout
As someone who pays a lot of money to train with a trainer and gets workouts built for them, it would be great to have the ability to build your own workout in the training app that you can do at your own pace (not live) just like the workouts the trainers build.

Pause workout to look at tomorrows workouts and other workouts for today etc.
When I’m resting inbetween sets during my workout I would love to be able to keep all my inputs in my current workout but be able to look at tomorrows workouts or other stuff in the app then come right back to where I left off in my current workout

Count down timer before exercise starts
A countdown timer will allow you to press start and get fully ready before exercise time starts. Right now when you press starts it cuts into your exercise time cause you have to pick the phone up/down

Easily accessible notes for next lift
Note section to say stay at the weight or add (x lbs) next and have it there the following week. Currently notes don’t show the following week.

So many equestrians using the app. Please add equestrian to the list of available workouts under general exercise.
