Add Tabata Timer setting
Adding a tabata timer 20 on / 10 off on repeat with beeps for when each ends/begins

An option to log what weight you want to aim for next session so then when you have your next session it reminds you
When you finish a session sometimes you think oh I could have gone heavier. Or you think right next week we go up. When it comes to next week you forget or maybe don’t feel hyped where as having an option at the end of the workout to put the weight goals in which could then be prompted as an alert when you next to the same workout could be useful in setting goals

Add favorite workouts to a library
Have the option to add our favorite workouts from our trainers to a library in order to repeat them later on.

Allow trainees to add exercises that aren't listed
We trainess want to be able to list exercises that aren't listed or that our trainers don't understand/know about. At the moment I'm having to write these exercises down in a notebook, which defeats the purpose of the app.

Library of WOD workouts to select from
Keep the WOD workouts available all the time to select from in a library so there is always a good selection of all over body and different styles of workouts to choose from at any time.

Ability for a member to save their freestyle workouts as a name and copy and paste it to another day in the future

Can’t add workout past certain date
If I could easily add my workouts to the day I want to add them without having to add them to some cut off date for some reason?? I think the program she designed was originally for the first eight weeks but now I have to add them in to the last active date of those initial 8 weeks and transfer it to present day, is this a feature my trainer can change or is it an issue with the app???

Add a count down to rest timer
Rather than just one ding ‘times up’ for your rest clock, give a 3 second countdown chime and then the timer

Ability to flag favourite exercises so you don't have to search through entire list when substituting.

Videos uploaded by my coach are not in autoplay
As a coach I use a lot of intervals, but the exercises I uploaded or the ones a choose from YouTube, they are not autoplaying so My clients have to pause the workout. That is not happening with inbuild techniques.

Display of which muscles will be worked on with so and so exercise
Under the demonstrations of the exercise, if a section also explain that this exercise will help build this muscle in the body, that will be greatly helpful

Ability to add a picture thumbnail to workouts and programs
For branding purposes and to make the client app workout section look clean, we should have the ability to add a picture thumbnail as the cover image instead of the still from an exercise video showing up. This would come in handy with the on demand feature as well so we can really brand each individual workout section. Could make it look clean like netflix or masterclass app 😎

Short superset timers are terrible
When timers for sets are going, say 20s on/ 10s off for rowing, hitting the timer becomes obnoxious. Allowing superset interval timers would improve functionality of these types of workouts and user experience greatly.

Moving reps to weight too slow.
Moving from the reps to weight is not quick enough. The next button takes for ages and its takes 2 seconds to register when you tap the square. Also a quick fill button would be rad.
