Hands Free door openers at the bottom of bathroom doors because everyone doesn’t wash their hands. You can open the door with your foot.

Add towel hooks in the wet area at the Cambridge Club (why did you get rid of them?!?)
Bring back towel hooks in the wet area in Cambridge. The new wet area feels more like a down grade (required swimsuits?!? Bad water pressure?? Moving the bubbles button for the whirlpool?? Inaccessible cold plunge??)....

Equipment
I've been a dedicated member of the gym for a while now, and I truly enjoy the facilities and services offered. I believe that enhancing our gym experience could be beneficial for all members. I'd like to suggest a few additions that I think would be great improvements:
- A sauna: This would be fantastic for post-workout relaxation and recovery.
- A massage chair: It could provide members with an extra incentive to unwind and recover after their workouts.
- A trampoline: This can add variety to workouts and make exercise more enjoyable. 4.Yoga blocks:these would be a great addition for members who…

Make tanning bed accessible once a day 24 hrs
Work over night so when I get up in the evening I should be able to come tan but not possible cause staff is already gone so I pay for it I should have access to it anytime with in the 24 hr range

Pre-order smoothies from our club’s bar
Let members order a smoothie / drink during workout and set pickup time. Could even offer discount when starting to help promote usage of this feature.

Include billing info and ability to cancel
Stop being sketchy and add billing info, include the scam training sessions you offer. Give the ability to cancel billing for those sessions without making it suspiciously difficult to cancel.

List any running specials or promos currently running
Have a place on the app to advertise any special promos running through out the gym.

Put a crowd meter
Show what the crowd/ capacity is in the gym so that people like me who doesn’t workout when a gym is packed don’t waste there gas and time coming up there just to leave!

The website app should allow us to pick our own home campus I keep having to change the location because I am automatically sent to the loca
The app should allow the user to select their home location so that when you’re looking up classes, you can view the classes to the location that you most use. The app is automatically listing the location that is closest to my ZIP Code, which is not the location that I use the gym and so every time I sign up for a class I have to change the location hit the apply button twice in order to look up the schedule for the location that I do go to.

No speakers in masage room
No speakers in the massage room. The music is louder in there then any other room. It feels like an assault to the senses when you are trying to relax. The employees all agree and have no ability to turn the volume off or even down.

Cinema monitor at front desk
Cinema computer should be connected to computer at front desk so staff doesn’t have or leave or be bothered by customers to turn the movie on again

Allow linked family accounts for parents to track children. I pay for my child’s personal training and membership and would like to know when he is scheduled for sessions.
