We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Music in the main gym at Cambridge

    I noticed there is no music playing in the gym at the Cambridge - I think it would add to the sense of community and make patrons more comfortable in the space. When the music is off sometimes it feels like you must tip toe around

  4. Motivational Milestone Merch

    Would love a series of Elev8tion fitness tshirts only available based on check in dates. Should be high levels like 100, 200, 300, 500 checkins etc. first shirt could be free or just ability to unlock them for purchase.

    Would serve as a great motivation for new comers. I’m going to treat myself to my first shirt after I reach 100!

  7. Email reduction

    PLEASE stop sending so many emails. I wish I could attach a screenshot to show you. I signed up for 1 class at 8:30 am and received 5 emails. It is quite annoying and others in class are talking about being annoyed too.

  8. The app should alert you for past due payments, probems with paymebts and upcoming annual club dues charges

  9. Warm the stretching room

    Stretching is best and most efficiently done in a warm or at the bare minimum not freezing room. Can the temperature be raised even a few degrees?

  10. How about a Sauna? In Albany Oregon

    Not only does a sauna have great benefits it is more inclusive for those that lack mobility and aren't able to get on the hydro massage table. It's also easier to use i feel that some members are shy or there is a language barrier where they aren't able to enjoy what physiq offers. Sauna would be a great inclusion.

  16. Should be able to permanently change my gym location since I moved and go to a different CalFit.

    Able to permanently change my gym location in the app since I moved from Elk Grove and no longer attend. I now go to Natomas which is closer.

    Hands Free door openers at the bottom of bathroom doors because everyone doesn’t wash their hands. You can open the door with your foot.

  18. Add towel hooks in the wet area at the Cambridge Club (why did you get rid of them?!?)

    Bring back towel hooks in the wet area in Cambridge. The new wet area feels more like a down grade (required swimsuits?!? Bad water pressure?? Moving the bubbles button for the whirlpool?? Inaccessible cold plunge??)....

  20. Equipment

    I've been a dedicated member of the gym for a while now, and I truly enjoy the facilities and services offered. I believe that enhancing our gym experience could be beneficial for all members. I'd like to suggest a few additions that I think would be great improvements:

    1. A sauna: This would be fantastic for post-workout relaxation and recovery.
    2. A massage chair: It could provide members with an extra incentive to unwind and recover after their workouts.
    3. A trampoline: This can add variety to workouts and make exercise more enjoyable. 4.Yoga blocks:these would be a great addition for members who…
