Please hire a roving fitness instructor. It’s very important to know that when you plan your schedule and show up for class that someone will be there. No indication on app. No fault to the instructor. They cannot be reasonably expected to work 52 weeks a year. They need a sub. Please hire staff who can make this happen.
I worked at LA Fitness a number of years and we had a system where another instructor covered our class or the roving sub covered.
